PART II

Saw this "Strawberry Facial Mask " recipe online.. wah.. sounds so yummy delicious leh.. i wonder if if i cannot finish the mask can i have it for dessert.. ;-p

** Strawberry Facial Mask **

adapted to be milk free from Janice Cox’s Natural Beauty for All Seasons

In her recipe preamble she states:[strawberries] make an excellent skin-softening facial mask. A member of the rose family, strawberries contain salicyclic acid, which rids the skin of dead cells, allowing it to absorb moisture more efficiently. Strawberries also have a mild bleaching effect on the skin and help heal blemishes.

1. For a single facial mask, thaw one whole frozen strawberry in a small cup in the microwave. Frozen strawberries are good to use for this recipe because they let off alot of juice when thawed.

2. Mash up the slightly warm strawberry to a pulp and stir in 1-2 Tbs of cornstarch to form a smooth paste. (can i use double cream instead?? then it will became ice-cream lor!)

3. Slather the paste on to your face and neck and allow to dry, 15 - 20 minutes.

4. Rinse off with warm water.
