Uniquely Singapore Rojak

Since today is a public holiday.. MIL also wanted to take a good break off heavy cooking... i helped her to clean up the kitchen and my room as well.. no dinner tonight but she made this excellent fruit rojak... I shall name it " UNIQUELY Singapore Rojak"...

JUst like Singapore.. it is rich in favour, excellent contrast and color...The harmonious blend of exotic fruits and local taste, together with a touch of spicyness.. just like the weather in Singapore... HOT HOT HOT...

So tasty that u can go for a second round... This Uniquely Different Rojak has all the unusual ingredients .. Added to the rojak paste were starfruit...longans, mangos, dragon apples, china pear, guava, pomelo....with a splash of Lime juice... decorated with grated peanuts... not forgeting chilla padi .. Hot and spicy... Totally YUMMY ..!! and i'm still drooling over it...i wish i hadn't shared the plate with DaDDy.....
